During periods of high demand, event seasons, public holidays, or ministry travel schedules, dispatch times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations.

OLOGA is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

OLOGA is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the shipping carrier.
Once an order has been handed to the postal carrier, delivery is outside of our direct control.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase from the OLOGA Store.
If you experience an issue with your order, you may submit a return or exchange request through our OLOGA Returns Request Form.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

All requests are reviewed manually by our team. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval of a refund, exchange, or store credit.
